Michael Mummery and the late Jim DiNoto started 1492 Properties in 2012.  Jim worked in the finance world for over 25 years. Michael worked in the employee benefit and insurance industry for over 20 years and has been a realtor since 2015.  Michael has a  passion for old homes, architecture, renovations and travel.

Michael will continue running 1492 Properties and managing all aspects of the business and the apartments.
